Honda pilot clicking noise when accelerating

Can anyone tell me what this strange noise is at

I removed the front driver wheel and put the vehicle in neutral and started it. I rotated the rotor by hand and the momentum of the engine's rpm turned the wheel via the axle. I heard a ticking noise at the location of the inner driver side CV boot location.
